1. Fennel Seeds

You can simply chew on some fennel seeds after a meal to relieve bloating. Fennel seeds have certain oils which help reduce gas. If you aren’t too fond of eating fennel seeds, then you can drink some fennel tea. Here’s how you can make fennel tea: Take a teaspoon of either whole fennel seeds or crushed fennel seeds and add them to a cup of boiling water. Let this steep for 10 minutes before you drink it.
2. Get your body moving - go for a walk or try some easy yoga poses

If you are feeling constipated then something as simple as a short walk can help get your bowels moving to release excess gas and relieve you from the pressure buildup. Another thing that works really well to relieve gas is yoga. Certain yoga poses aid in releasing excess gas from your body.
