  4. Release your breath and repeat this exercise 4-5 times.

Variation in balloon pose:

  1. Stand or sit in a comfortable position.
  2. Fill your mouth with air.
  3. Now, move the air from the right cheek to the left cheek.
  4. Hold for 10 seconds on either side and release.
  5. Repeat this exercise 4-times.

Chin massage:

  1. Take a comfortable position.
  2. With the help of your index and middle finger, start massaging your face upwards.
  3. Perform a wiggle motion at the end of your jawline.
  4. Repeat this exercise 5 times on each side.
  5. You can also do this facial exercise with the help of a face massage gua sha.

Fish pose:

  1. Take a comfortable position.
  2. Now, start sucking your cheeks in like you are making a pout.
  3. Hold the pose for 20 seconds and release.
  4. Repeat this facial exercise 5 times.

  1. To perform this facial exercise, wet your palms with some facial oil or serum of your choice.
  2. Rub it well and gently start pulling your eyebrows upwards with all your fingers. Slowly move your hand towards your hairline.
  3. Repeat this process 5-6 times.
  4. Another way to perform this exercise is by gently pinching your eyebrows using your index finger and thumb while moving along them.

Face tap:

  1. Start by rubbing your palms together.
  2. Now begin by tapping your neck. Gradually move to your jawline, cheeks, undereye and finally, your forehead.
  3. Repeat this process two times.

Victory pose:

  1. Make a V with your index and middle finger. Place the index finger below the outer corner of your eye and the middle one under the inner corner of it. 
  2. Gently press your fingers in while rotating your eyeballs from left to right. 
  3. Give your eyes rest and repeat this process 8-10 times.

Eye massage:

  1. To perform this massage, take your ring finger and place it under the centre of your eye.
  2. Rotate or tap your finger in a circular motion gently.’
  3. Come to rest and repeat this process 5 times.
